© Home Renovations, Inc 2012 Made by Weber Media Group Roofing - FAQ’s: Q. My roof is damaged, how do I know my insurance company will take care of me? A. It depends on your policy, however, most roofs are covered from the damage by “Acts of God” such as wind or hail.  Insurance won’t cover wear and tear or simply having an old roof.  Our representatives are experts at roof inspections and can help you with your insurance experience Q. My insurance company says they will replace my roof, now what? A. Home Renovations simply takes your adjusters paperwork and submits our price to the company.  We work with the company to get you the best roof for the price they are willing to pay.  YOU ONLY PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE.  We handle the rest on the back- side. Q. Why does Home Renovations use all new materials on their roof projects? A. The reason we use only 30# felt, all new roof jacks, turtle vents and drip edge is because we like to do things right the first time and eliminate any “weak links” when it comes to your new roof.  That is why we call it a roof system, everything is brand new. Q. My roof is pretty flat, what are my options? A. Home Renovations has several options to overcome the challenges your flat roof gives us.  Most roofs are 3:12 pitch.  Anything below that is considered flat.  We have peel and torch rolled roofing as well as EPDM TPO membrane roofing solutions.  Have one of our reps come out to your place to determine what is the best, cost effective solution for you.
